Who we are

This site is operated by VinfraSec Services India Ltd, a subsidiary of Virtual Infrastructure Services LLC (South Brunswick, New Jersey, USA). Our office is at 603A, 6th Floor, PSR Prime Tower, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032. What we collect, and when

Only what you give us. This site has no login and no account system.

• Enquiry and quote forms. Your name, email, organisation and your message, delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. Not stored in a database here.
• Course registration. Name, email, and the course and cohort chosen. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Booking a consultation. Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to count visits, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our advertising. These set cookies, which you can clear or block in your browser. Nothing on this site needs a cookie to function.

Why we are allowed to use it

Where you have asked us for something, we process your data to provide it. Under the DPDPA 2023 this is processing for the specified purpose for which you gave consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time using the contact details above. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did while it was in force.

Who else sees it

Web3Forms, Stripe, Calendly, Google and LinkedIn, each under its own terms. Some of these process data outside India. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email while the conversation is useful and are deleted on request. Financial records are retained as long as Indian tax law requires. Analytics data expires on Google's schedule.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDPA 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it where we no longer need it; nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapable; and raise a grievance with us. Write to info@virtual-infra.com and we will respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are in the EU or UK, the equivalent GDPR rights apply and the same address reaches us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payments happen inside Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, and we prefer to say so plainly.

Children

Our services are for working professionals. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18. The DPDPA requires verifiable parental consent for a child's data, and rather than build that, we simply do not collect it.

Changes

Changes are reflected in the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
